Our providers are highly trained and experienced in treating a wide range of injuries and conditions, including concussions, musculoskeletal injuries, and sports-related injuries. They have received extensive education and training in their respective fields, and are committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients.

Mo Mortazavi, MD
A dual board-certified pediatric and sports medicine physician. Dr. Mortazavi interests include pediatric sports medicine as well as complex concussion care for all ages.

Jon Minor, MD
Jon has become one of the leading experts and teachers in US-guided injection therapies, and currently is holding injection clinics at SPARCC. As a former triathlete, Jon is passionate about delivering results to athletes when they need it most.

Leslie Streeter, DNP
Leslie is a board-certified nurse practitioner. Her medical areas of interest include concussion care, musculoskeletal injury prevention and treatment, and health issues affecting female athletes.

Brett Dusenberry, MD
Board certified pediatrician who completed a fellowship in non-operative sports medicine. Dr. Dusenberry’s interests include overuse injuries as well as general musculoskeletal conditions.

James Dill, MD
Originally from Louisiana, Dr. Dill moved to Tucson in 2014 to train in combined Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics, followed by a fellowship in Sports Medicine at UArizona. His academic interests are in hike-thru medicine as well as concussion-related cervicogenic pain management and non-surgical arthritis management.

Jaden Bailey, PA
Board-certified physician assistant that specializes in concussion care for all ages. As a former Division 1 soccer player, Jaden is interested in the health and wellness for athletes.

Cindy Ong, MD
Dr. Ong received her medical degree from Michigan State University. Following this she moved to California to complete her residency in Pediatrics at Kaiser Permanente, Los Angeles Medical Center. To further pursue her interests, she stayed to complete a year of fellowship in Sports Medicine.

Anthony Gross, DO
Dr. Gross attended medical school at Touro University Nevada in Las Vegas, He then completed residency in Family Medicine and Fellowship in Primacy
Care Sports medicine. He has interests in general musculoskeletal injuries, concussion care, and osteopathic manipulation treatment.

JT Westling, LAT, ATC
JT is a licensed athletic trainer (AT) who received his Masters of Athletic training from the University of Idaho. His interests include sports injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Alee Vladyka, LAT, DAT
Alee is a licensed athletic trainer (AT) and strength and conditioning specialist with a special interest in treating performing artists and soccer athletes. She received her AT education at Washington State University and her Doctor of Athletic Training from Moravian University.

Narmean is a licensed and practicing Occupational Therapist, specializing in neurological rehabilitation serving adolescents and adults.

Kent Baker, MS, LPC, NCC
Kent Baker is an AZ state-licensed professional counselor located in northwest Tucson. He provides psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples and families. He also provides mediation, conciliation, conflict coaching, and negotiation skills to individuals, families, businesses and churches.

Kathy McGlynn, DPN, MA, CPC
Kathy is a certified doctor of positive psychology and relational specialist. I enjoy helping others navigate from "where they are to where they want to be". Lessons in life are learned "not from what we hear, but from what we experience". Positive Psychology is the "science of happiness". This approach increases life meaning, personal engagement, and positive emotions. Learn how to move from "self sabotage" to "self fulfillment."

Tanya Polec, O.D., FCOVD, FNORA
Tanya received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona in Molecular and Cellular Biology, and then continued her education at the Southern College of Optometry, followed by the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, where she became a Fellow in 2005.
